Disha Patani ups her fitness level with extreme squats

And among many fitness freaks in Bollywood, Disha Patani is once such actress who is wary about her workout sessions.

Disha often gives sneak peek to her fans with her workout videos among others. Now, Bharat actress has posted another video that will drive away your Monday blues. Disha has upped her workout session by doing squat in a different way. Clad in blue shorts and a white tank top, Disha is seen doing squats holding dumbles with the help of an instructor. Another video was shared by the instructor which shows Disha working on glutes.

On the work front, Disha is prepping up for Mohit Suri’s film, Manag which has Kunal Khemmu, Sidharth Roy Kapoor.
