Dhanush fans criticize Mahesh Babu’s support for Nayanthara
Mahesh Babu recently surprised fans by sharing an Instagram story appreciating Nayanthara’s Netflix documentary Beyond The Fairytale. Despite ongoing tensions between Nayanthara and Dhanush regarding the series Mahesh posted the documentary’s poster with love emojis showing his support.
This unexpected gesture from Mahesh, who is known for avoiding controversies caught many off guard. Some fans lauded his support for Nayanthara acknowledging her strong connections and influence in the industry. Interestingly Mahesh and Nayanthara have never collaborated in any films.
However the reaction wasn’t entirely positive. Dhanush’s fans criticized Mahesh suggesting he focus on his upcoming project with director Rajamouli instead of making statements that could provoke fan wars. Some even tagged Rajamouli on social media asking him to keep Mahesh focused on his work.
The documentary itself has received mixed to negative reviews and hasn’t gained significant viewership so far. Whether Mahesh’s endorsement will boost its popularity remains to be seen.
