Minutes after Ajit Pawar resigned from the post of Deputy CM, Devendra Fadnavis has resigned from the post of the chief minister. The move came after Supreme Court ordered for the Floor Test asking Fadnavis to prove his strength in the House.
The party trio Shiv Sena-NCP-Congress has lauded the SC order, BJP kept its silence and started to act smartly looking for opportunities to form the government.
After resigning, Devendra Fadnavis said that he is resigning as their party doesn’t have enough majority to form the party. The BJP party tried to repeat the scenario of Gao and Karnataka but failed miserably.
