Devara part 1 box office collection day 2 :
Devara Part 1, starring Jr NTR, was released on September 27, 2024, and has already set the box office on fire. The film, directed by Koratala Siva, marks Jr NTR’s return to the big screen after six years as a solo lead. Fans were eagerly awaiting the film, and its massive pre-sales numbers indicated that it would be a big success.
On its first day, Devara earned ₹82.5 crore in India alone, with ₹73.25 crore from the Telugu version and ₹7.5 crore from the Hindi version. Other languages like Kannada and Malayalam added smaller amounts. Globally, the film grossed ₹145 crore on its opening day, making it one of the year’s biggest openings.
By the second day, the film had continued its strong performance, earning an additional ₹24.54 crore by 6 PM, bringing the total collection to ₹107.04 crore. The movie’s Telugu version had a high occupancy rate of 79.56%, while the Hindi version saw 18.37% occupancy.
The movie is helmed by Koratala Siva and bankrolled by NTR Arts and Yuvasudha Arts. Devara also features Janhvi Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan, Prakash Raj, and Murali Sharma in key roles. The movie has received praise for its action sequences and performances, and it is expected to break more records in the coming days.
