Devara Hindi box office: Will NTR’s film hit the Rs 100 crore mark?
After the massive success of RRR, NTR’s next film Devara carried high expectations, particularly in the Hindi market. The early box office numbers show that Devara has opened on a positive note. In its first weekend, the film collected around Rs 29 crore nett from the Hindi belt, with Sunday being the best day, earning Rs 12 crore nett.
The success of films like Pushpa 2, which started with only Rs 1 crore nett on its opening day but eventually crossed the Rs 100 crore mark, has sparked discussions about Devara’s potential to achieve the same. Given the strong early trend, this seems like a realistic goal.
However, a key factor in determining Devara’s overall success will be its performance on weekdays. If the movie manages to bring in Rs 4.5 crore nett on the Tuesday and maintains a steady pace throughout the week, it has a good chance of crossing the Rs 100 crore nett milestone in the Hindi market. Achieving this would not only boost the global box office performance of Devara but also establish NTR as a significant star in the Hindi film industry.
NTR’s growing popularity, partly due to the success of RRR, has given him a strong foothold in the Hindi market. If Devara continues to perform well, it could further expand his audience base in North India, helping bridge the gap between South and Hindi films.
With a solid first weekend, all eyes are on Devara’s performance during the weekdays to see if it can meet the coveted Rs 100 crore target in Hindi.
