The Renukaswamy murder case involving Kannada actor Darshan and his friend Pavithra Gowda as key suspects has captured widespread attention. The case has unveiled shocking details prompting Kannada actor Kichcha Sudeep to call for justice for Renukaswamy’s family including his wife and unborn child.
In a recent media interaction, Kannada actor Kichcha Sudeep expressed his views on the case. He stated, “We only know what the media shows us as we are not accessing police station records directly. It seems that both the media and the police are working diligently to uncover the truth. The family, the young woman, Renukaswamy who died so tragically and the unborn child all deserve justice. It is crucial that everyone maintains faith in the justice system and that justice is served in this case.”
Although Sudeep did not mention Darshan by name he pointed out that the case has cast a negative light on the Kannada film industry. He talked about the need for the film industry to clear its name saying, “Everyone feels for that family. The current atmosphere is unsettling. The film industry needs to be exonerated from blame. There are many artists in the industry and it is not fair to judge everyone based on the actions of a few. The industry will find relief when the true culprit is punished.”

This case has stirred significant public and media interest, and Sudeep’s comments highlight the broader implications for the film industry.
