The first look of Radhe Shyam starring Prabhas and Pooja Hegde has taken the social media by a storm. The poster went on to set a record as it has clocked over 6 million tweets and counting under a single hashtag. Considering the reach and popularity of Prabhas, the Assam police officials have given a new twist to the poster of Radhe Shyam. At a time when the world is reeling under the threat of COVID-19, to advocate the importance of wearing masks and practice social distancing, the cops have come up with a photoshopped image where Prabhas and Pooja are spotted wearing masks.
Sharing the image, the Nagaon Police tweeted, ‘Ask your loved ones to put Mask whenever they are out. We tried calling Prabhas but failed. Now sending the message through photoshop” While the caption on the image reads, “Our perfect Radhe Shyam of 2020″. No sooner the tweet was shared, it soon went viral and the Assam police received applause from netizens hailing their creativity.
Coming back to the film, apart from UV Creations, it is co-produced by Bhushan and AA Films. Radhe Shyam also stars Bhagyashree, Murli Sharma, Sachin Khedekar, Kunal Roy Kapur, Priyadarshi and Sasha Chhetri, among others. Radhe Shyam is expected to hit the silver screens in 2021.
