Coolie OTT: Where to watch Rajinikanth’s film after theatrical run?
Rajinikanth’s upcoming film Coolie has reportedly been acquired by Amazon Prime Video for an impressive Rs 120 crores. This deal makes it one of the highest-priced digital streaming rights for an Indian movie. While an official announcement is awaited, the film has already created significant buzz among fans.
Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, Coolie is an action-packed entertainer featuring Rajinikanth in a powerful role. The movie also stars Nagarjuna Akkineni, Upendra Rao, Shruti Haasan, Soubin Shahir, and Sathyaraj, with Pooja Hegde making a special appearance in a song sequence.
The film was initially rumored to clash with Hrithik Roshan and Jr. NTR’s War 2, but recent updates suggest that the release dates will be different, avoiding any major box office competition.
Rajinikanth was last seen in Vettaiyan, a police action drama where he played an IPS officer known for his expertise in encounter cases. Following Coolie, the superstar is set to appear in Jailer 2, a sequel to the blockbuster Jailer directed by Nelson Dilipkumar.
