Not many people know that Mega Star Chiru has deft editing hands. He edits films for his son Cherry. The final cut is from Chiru. For every Cherry film, Chiru sits on the editing table with the editors and chops off unwanted flab and makes the film lean and mean.
In case of Sukumar’s Rangasthalam, however, the Mega Star did not cut even a single scene or even a frame. Everything went out as it is and the people’s response to the movie showed that Chiru’s judgement was right about the film. Now, he is all set to sit at the editor’s table for Boyapati-Cherry project “Vinaya Vidheya Rama.” Boyapati made a three-hour long film and Chiru, it is being said, is planning to chop off at least a half-hour of footage.
This film is essentially an actioner and Chiru wants it to be crisp. The film is set for Sankranthi release and is currently shooting some songs on foreign locales.
