At the South Indian Film Festival (SIFF), Padma Vibhushan awardee Chiranjeevi praised Teja Sajja for his remarkable journey in cinema. When asked about his favorite film, Chiranjeevi diverted the conversation, pointing to Teja Sajja, who once portrayed a young version of his character in Chiranjeevi’s iconic film “Indra.” He reminisced about how Teja, once a child actor, had grown into a leading hero, starring in the blockbuster superhero film “Hanu Man.”
Chiranjeevi revealed that he had once harbored the ambition to make a film about Hanuman, but seeing Teja Sajja excel in the role brought him a sense of satisfaction. He said that Teja’s evolution from a child artist to a leading man was a significant part of his own cinematic journey. Expressing joy at Teja’s success, Chiranjeevi commended him for playing the lead role in the epic superhero film, indicating his pride and admiration for the young actor’s achievements.

Chiranjeevi said, “”Teja Sajja did a couple of films with me. He drew inspiration from me. I had an aim to make a movie on Hanuman, but when Teja Sajja did it, I felt satisfied, and my dream was fulfilled. Because I haven’t seen him as separate; I’ve seen him as part of my journey.”
