Starring fresh faces Rajith CR, Gayatri Mayura, and Jaise Jose in lead roles, the first look poster of the upcoming film titled ‘Cicada’ was formally unveiled by filmmaker Chandoo Mondeti and actor Syed Sohel Ryan. Sreejith Edavana is making his debut as a director. Vandana Menon and Gopakumar P are producing the film under the banners Theerna Films and Entertainment.
The first-look poster shows three scary characters along with a bull in the jungle. The poster makes a good impression. This movie was shot in Bangalore, Attapadi, Vagamon and Kochi in Kerala. Besides making it in the Telugu language, the film will have its release in Kannada, Tamil, and Malayalam languages.
The movie has the same title and the same story in four different languages. Songs will be unique since different tunes have been composed for every language differently in order to retain the nativity factor. Songs are going to hit the jukebox soon. Sound design is one of the main attraction factors of this movie. The film’s director Sreejith Edavana who is a well-known music composer scored the soundtracks. He worked in the Tamil and Malayalam movie industry and composed various musical hits such as ‘Kaadhal En Kaviye’ and ‘Nenjodu Cherthu’
