Central Offices Back To Amaravati:

The previous YSR Congress government’s policies had severely damaged Amaravati’s reputation and progress. However, with the new TDP+ government in place, led by Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, a renewed focus on Amaravati’s development has emerged.

Recently, CM Naidu visited Delhi and met with Prime Minister Narendra Modi to discuss the future of Amaravati. During the meeting, Naidu urged Modi to expedite the process of bringing back central government offices to Amaravati. According to reports, Modi responded positively, promising swift action.

Central Offices Back To Amaravati:

Remarkably, within less than a day of Naidu’s visit, a significant development took place. As many as 45 central offices, which had previously been allocated land in Amaravati, began their return to the capital area. These offices, which operate under the central government, were originally planned to move to Amaravati before 2019. However, due to the detrimental policies of the YSR Congress Party (YCP), this relocation was put on hold.

Now, under the proactive efforts of Naidu and the TDP+ government, the return of these central offices is becoming a reality. The Amaravati Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA) has been notified by these 45 offices of their intention to move back to the capital region.

To accommodate these returning offices, the CRDA is set to carry out a jungle clearance program on the previously allocated lands. This step is crucial in ensuring that the central offices have the necessary infrastructure and space to function effectively in Amaravati.

The return of these central offices marks a significant milestone in the revival of Amaravati. It not only brings administrative functions back to the capital but also boosts the region’s development prospects. The TDP+ government’s efforts to rebuild and restore Amaravati are beginning to show positive results, signaling a brighter future for the capital region.
