CBI to probe Sugali Preeti case, Netizens hail PK. After a long battle of over two years, the 2017 sexual assault of Sugali Preeti case has been handed over to CBI. Meanwhile, Netizens are hailing JanaSena chief Pawan Kalyan who bought the issue to light which was almost come to a closure with officials dereliction of duty. The Government Order (GO) 37 by the Principal Secretary states, “Government have decided to entrust the case of alleged rape and murder of a girl.. student of 10th class… who belongs to Scheduled Tribe (ST) community, under section 6 of Delhi Special Police Establishment Act, 1946 to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) for enabling them to investigate into the case.”
Reacting to State government decision, Pawan Kalyan issued a statement on Twitter.
