Case registered against Allu Arjun under IPC section 188
The election buzz is reaching its peak in Andhra Pradesh as the polling day approaches on Monday, May 13. As the clock ticks closer to the voting day, the frenzied atmosphere of campaigning has come to an end with the implementation of Section 144 from this evening onwards.
In these final moments of the campaign, political parties are pulling out all the stops, using their last strategies to sway voters. One surprising move came from the YCP candidate for Nandyala, Shilpa Ravichandra Reddy, who enlisted the support of mega compound hero Allu Arjun in her bid for victory.
However, this alliance has stirred controversy, as a complaint has been filed by Returning officer against YCP MLA candidate Shilpa Ravichandra Reddy and Allu Arjun, for allegedly mobilizing people without proper permission. The police have taken action by registering a case under IPC section 188, marking it as crime number 71/2024. This news has quickly spread across social media platforms, sparking discussions and debates.
Despite the controversy, Allu Arjun, known for his close friendship with Ravichandra Reddy, arrived in Nandyala along with his wife, Snehareddy, to participate in the campaign. The voters of Nandyala have expressed their support for Ravichandra Reddy, hoping for her victory in the upcoming elections. This isn’t the first time Allu Arjun has shown support for Ravichandra Reddy, as he had previously extended his best wishes during the 2019 elections.
