Star director Boyapati Srinu’s career went upside down after the disastrous failure of Vinaya Vidheya Rama. Way before VVR’s release Nandamuri Balakrishna announced a film with Boyapati and revealed that he himself will bankroll the film. But that project didn’t take off till now.
We heard that Balayya felt that the budget quoted by Boyapati was very high and proceeded to sign another film with KS Ravi Kumar. With that move, Boyapati is now left with no work in hand. According to the latest buzz, this Legend director is planning to make a film with Kannada hero Nikhil Gowda.
Nikhil is the son of Karnataka’s ex-CM HD Kumaraswamy. He made his debut with 2016 film Jaguar which was a disaster. He made a couple of films later, which were also unsuccessful. We have to see if Boyapati gives him a hit if at all this project goes on to the floors. Stay tuned for more updates on it.
