Endemolshine India and Star MAA management together came forward to pool the resources for the TV show. Young Tiger Jr NTR hosted the first season, and Natural Star Nani hosted the second season. Akkineni Nagarjuna is the current host for the TV show. The fourth season of the TV show opened to record-breaking TRP ratings, but the organizers failed to keep the momentum going up. The reports reveal that the show currently generates poor ratings.

The organizers are reportedly changing the telecast time of the TV show.Usually, Star MAA comes up with new TV serials and reschedules the timing of existing shows. If a show is not performing well, they will not have a second thought in changing the time slot from prime-time. From next week, Bigg Boss is reportedly going to get telecasted from 10 PM to 11 PM during the weekdays. Vadinamma serial will be aired from 9.30 PM to 10 PM. New TV serial Guppedantha Manasu replaces Vadinamma’s slot at 7 PM.The critics opine that poor viewership trends might be one reason for the change in telecast time. There is no change in the telecast time during the weekends.
