From last one week, several cases are being filed on Bigg Boss Telugu in various aspects. It was all started when anchor Shwetha Reddy filed a case alleging that the makers of the show have asked her for the sexual favours in order to participate in the programme. She was then followed by actress Gayatri Gupta who filed an FIR stating that casting couch exists in the show.
Later, producer Kerthiraju filed a petition in High Court mentioning that Bigg Boss should be aired after 11 pm as it is not suitable for the family audience. Even the students of Osmania University demanded the makers to stop the show due to the casting couch allegations. To prove all these as false claims, Bigg Boss makers filed a quash petition in the High Court of Telangana.
The High Court went into the petition yesterday and ordered the police to counter file the petition with suitable evidence. It also added that Bigg Boss makers cannot be arrested until solid proofs are produced against them. It has postponed the further hearing to the 24th of this month.
