As reported by Sacknilk.com, the film earned approximately Rs 20 crore in India on the first day. It’s also expected to make around Rs 7.17 crore on the second day, bringing the total domestic earnings to Rs 27.17 crore. The Telugu movie had a 62.03% occupancy on Thursday, with the highest at 72.34% during night shows.
‘Bhagavanth Kesari’ has received positive reviews from the audience since its release. The film’s plot centers on Nandamuri Balakrishna’s efforts to protect a young girl after her father’s tragic death in a car accident. He tries to enroll her in the military, and though she resists at first, she eventually overcomes obstacles and fulfills her goal of joining the armed forces.
Starring Nandamuri Balakrishna and Sreeleela, the movie also features Kajal Aggarwal and Arjun Rampal in significant roles. It’s directed by Anil Ravipudi and produced by Shine Screens, with music by S. Thaman. ‘Bhagavanth Kesari’ faces tough competition from Vijay’s ‘Leo’ at the box office, which earned Rs 68 crore in India on its first day across all languages.
