Zaid Khan, son of Karnataka’s 4-times MLA Zameer Ahmed, is making his film debut with a Pan India project Banaras being directed by Jayathirtha of Bell Bottom fame. The film is billed to be a pleasant love story set in the backdrop of Banaras city (Varanasi) stars Sonal Monteiro as the leading lady.
Produced by Tilakraj Ballal under the banner of NK Productions, the makers of the movie announced its release date, on the occasion of Ganesha Chaturthi.
Heavy on content and culture, Banaras will have a grand Pan India release in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Hindi and Malayalam languages worldwide on November 4th. Zaid Khan and Sonal Monteiro look adorable together in the picture. The other image shows the lead pair enjoying their boat ride in Banaras.
Zaid Khan has trained at Anupam Kher’s acting school, before making his film debut to learn all the skills to become an actor. He listened to numerous scripts, before finalizing Banaras. The film’s previous promotional content enthused cine goers. As the release date is announced, they will up the game in promoting the movie.
