Balakrishna’s Golden Jubilee celebration: Nandamuri Balakrishna, a prominent figure in the Telugu film industry is set to celebrate his 50th anniversary in cinema on September 1, 2024. Entering the industry with the film Tatamma Kala, Balakrishna has become a legendary actor known as Natasimham in the Tollywood. As the date approaches, a grand celebration is being planned to honor his golden jubilee. Several high-profile guests, including the Chief Ministers of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, Chandrababu Naidu and Revanth Reddy as well as film icons like Chiranjeevi, Pawan Kalyan, and Amitabh Bachchan have been invited to the event.
However recent reports suggest that two significant members of the Nandamuri family, Jr. NTR and Kalyan Ram have not received invitations to the celebration. This omission has raised eyebrows, given the previously close relationship between Jr. NTR and Balakrishna.
Jr. NTR was once deeply involved in the TDP and even campaigned for the party in the 2009 elections. However, over the years, he has distanced himself from the party and the Nandamuri family. This distance became more apparent during the recent arrest of Chandrababu Naidu by the YS Jagan government, where Jr. NTR remained silent further straining his relationship with the family.
Kalyan Ram, another prominent figure in the Nandamuri family, is said to be financially supported by Jr. NTR, leading to speculation about whether this is the reason for their exclusion from the guest list. While many key figures have been invited, the absence of Jr. NTR and Kalyan Ram remains a point of contention and curiosity.
As the event approaches, it remains unclear if invitations will be extended to them or if the rift within the Nandamuri family will become even more evident.
