Despite being initially considered a small film, Hanuman surpassed expectations at the box office, grossing over two hundred crores and aiming for a triple century. Notably, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has also praised the film, creating a buzz beyond the cinema world.
Currently, Prasanth Varma is busy working on the sequel, Jai Hanuman, and has hinted at casting a big star hero for the title role, keeping fans curious about the actor’s identity.
There are whispers about Rana being a possible choice. In addition to this, Prasanth Varma has expressed his future plans, revealing a desire to collaborate with Balakrishna. He has two story ideas, one involving a superhero in a cinematic universe and another with a unique commercial setup.
However, this collaboration might take some time to materialize. Balakrishna is currently occupied with NBK 109 directed by Bobby and will take a break during elections before resuming shooting in the summer.
