The aftermath of Mega Star Chiranjeevi’s recent release, “Bholaa Shankar,” directed by Meher Ramesh, has stirred controversy. Just two days post-release, the film faced a disappointing fate, receiving a lackluster response due to its outdated content.
In the midst of these challenges, select print and electronic media sources published stories suggesting that Chiranjeevi had insisted on receiving his full remuneration, causing significant pre-release turmoil for “Bholaa Shankar” producer Anil Sunkara. Rumors insinuated that Anil Sunkara, left with limited recourse, had to resort to mortgaging his properties to meet Chiranjeevi’s demands.
Amidst this maelstrom, director Sai Rajesh, known for his work on “Baby,” took a stand against the swirling rumors. He proactively discredited the allegations, asserting that he had personally contacted an individual associated with producer Anil Sunkara and discovered a contrasting truth.
