The attack on YSR Congress President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has created a political sensation and also exposed the TDP government’s conspiracy in creating law and order problem in Andhra Pradesh.
It is learnt that Srinivas who assaulted on Jagan is a close aide of TDP Leader Harshvardhan who is running a canteen in the Vishakhapatnam Airport where the incident occured. Harshvardhan tried hard to get TDP ticket to contest from Gajuwaka assembly constituency in the last elections. With the support of rulign TDP leaders, Harshwardhan succeeded got the permission to run the canteen.
The sequence of the incident disclosed that the TDP leader flouted all norms set by the Aviation department in maintaining the saftey inthe canteen premises. The accused carrying with a weapon raised strong doubts on the alleged involvment of the canteen owner. As per the safety guidelines, no person is allowed to carry any kind of weapon.
The investigation agency should probe into the incident in detail including allowing the canteen staff to carry knifes and other life threatening instruments. Priliminary reports says that Srininvas belonged to Mummadivaram in Amalapuram area.
