Performances
Vishwak Sen plays the sheet anchors role and he is very good in his character and shows subtle emotions beautifully. He has vastly improved as an actor and is lovely in the film.
Ruksaar Dhillon is amazing and has done so well in the film. But sadly, her role is short-lived. New girl Rithika Naik is very good and gets the central character. She has done so well in an important role. The supporting cast of the film is also pretty good as actors like Kiran Kumar was hilarious.

Analysis
Not many know but Ashoka Vanamlo Arjuna Kalyanam was a film made for the OTT. But things were last minute and the film got a big screen release. It is about a small town boy desparate to get married. This aspect up has been shown well in the beginning of the film.
The way heroine leaves the house is shown is very predictable but the way yet another love story starts is thought of well by the director Vidya Sagar. His narration is juicy as he nicely mixes the emotions and drama so well.
The drama is not so heavy and has been kept light. The family emotions should have been stronger one gets a feeling. There is also good camera work in the film and songs are amazing to say the least.
The film has created a good buzz and surely lives up to the hype created. Barring the slow proceedings, this is a honest film which indulges you with its sincere narration.
Bottom line – Honest Attempt
