Andhra Pradesh reported its second coronavirus positive case in Prakasam. The person currently put up in isolation ward in Ongole, reached India on March 15 from London. Upon reaching home in Praksam and sensing flu-like symptoms he approached the Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS) Ongole. His samples were later sent Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences (SVIMS) in Tirupati which tested positive, the Health Officials told on Thursday.
Andhra saw its first positive case in Nellore in first week of March who had returned from Italy. The patient is currently undergoing treatment is said to be in stable condition. Meanwhile, the Andhra Pradesh government to put a cap on the Corona scare, has announced holidays for all educational institutions from Thursday till March 31.
