Popular actor Anjali finally spoke up about an incident where she was pushed by Nandamuri Balakrishna on stage during a promotional event. Anjali took to social media to share her thoughts and a video clip from the event.

In the clip, Anjali and Balakrishna were seen chatting, laughing, and sharing friendly gestures. However, the incident of Balakrishna pushing Anjali was also captured on camera. Despite being pushed, Anjali appeared to take it lightly and laughed it off.

Taking to social media, Anjali thanked Balakrishna for attending the Gangs of Godavari pre-release event and expressed her appreciation for their long-standing friendship and mutual respect. She emphasized that they share a good bond and it w

as nice to share the stage with him again.

Sharing the clip, Anjali tweeted, “I want to thank Balakrishna Garu for gracing the Gangs of Godavari pre-release event with his presence. I would like to express that Balakrishna garu and I have always maintained mutual respect for each other and we share a great friendship from a long time. It was wonderful to share the stage with him again.”

Following the circulation of the video on social media, it sparked mixed reactions from celebrities and the public. Singer Chinmayi Sripaada criticized those who judged Anjali’s reaction, pointing out the societal tendency to excuse misbehavior, especially from powerful men.

Notably, filmmaker Hansal Mehta and actor Nakuul Mehta also criticized Balakrishna’s actions on stage.

The incident occurred during a promotional event for Krishna Chaitanya’s upcoming Telugu film, Gangs of Godavari, where Balakrishna was a special guest. On stage, he directed Anjali and another actor aside before pushing Anjali, causing her to nearly lose her balance.
