According to the latest reports now, the Tamil remake of 2018 Bollywood superhit Andhadhun, directed by Sriram Raghavan will feature Tamil hero Prashanth reprising the role played by Ayushmann Khurrana in the original. This is a huge thing for the actor, considering his current position in the industry. When this news came out, everyone thought that the project is hitting the floors but there is no update yet.
The actor seriously needs to make a comeback at the box-office and he is looking forward to making use of this opportunity. The remake rights have been acquired by Prashanth’s dad Thiagarajan who will produce the movie. The film’s lead protagonist needs to be a trained Piano player and Prashanth is already one and it makes it very easy for him to pull off the role. But, it looks like the project is called off now and there is no update available on the development.
Prashanth is in talks for character artist roles in Telugu and we have to see if he agrees to do any film.
