Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant wedding details: Mukesh and Nita Ambani are hosting a grand wedding for their son, Anant Ambani and his bride, Radhika Merchant on July 12, 2024. The wedding is set to cost around $350 million (Rs 2500 crores) making it one of the most expensive Indian weddings ever.
Pre-Wedding Celebrations
The celebrations began with a series of pre-wedding events starting on June 29, 2024. These included a puja and other traditional ceremonies like haldi, sangeet and dandiya. The festivities spanned multiple locations, starting in Jamnagar and moving to Italy before culminating in Mumbai at the Jio World Convention Centre in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC).
Wedding Date and Venue
The wedding will take place on July 12, 2024, followed by a ‘shubh ashirvaad’ ceremony the next day and a grand wedding reception on July 14, 2024. The Jio World Convention Centre in BKC will host these events.

High-Profile Guest List
The guest list includes notable international and Indian figures. Among the expected attendees are former US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, former UK Prime Ministers Tony Blair and Boris Johnson, ex-Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi, and several other former and current leaders from around the world. The Kardashian sisters, Khloe and Kim, along with social media influencers and celebrities, are also expected.
From India, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Congress leader Sonia Gandhi, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and several state Chief Ministers, including Yogi Adityanath and MK Stalin, are likely to attend. Bollywood stars like Amitabh Bachchan, Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan will also be present, along with other actors such as Ranbir Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt and Deepika Padukone.
Logistics and Costs
To accommodate the high-profile guests, over 100 private jets will be used including three Falcon-2000 jets. Rajan Mehra, CEO of Club One Air confirmed this logistical feat.
Entertainment and Performances
The wedding will feature performances by international artists, with Justin Bieber reportedly charging 83 crores, nearly double what Rihanna will receive at 41 crores. This adds significantly to the wedding’s overall cost.
