Anand Deverakonda needs no introduction who he is! The brother of Vijay Deverakonda is all set to appear on the marque with Dorasani which also stars debutante Shivathmika. The teaser of the film was released by the makers, however to one’s surprise, Anand was vehemently trolled and some also carried nasty comments.
Anand left his cushy corporate job in the US. Ask him since Vijay Deverakonda is a big star now, did he influence his project, his role or the look, Anand affirms that Vijay is in a position to make an easy launch for him. But he only advised and motivated him asking to chart his own journey.
“When my dad first told him that I too want to give acting a shot, the only thing Vijay told me was, ‘You will have to chart your own journey. You need to go and figure out things on your own and do a good job. I’m not going to live your life or take up your struggles; you have to grow on your own’. he never spoke to anyone for more, nor will he ever ask anyone to give me work. I can’t be tagging along with him or cry to him about things like ‘this director said this, that director did this, please help me’. The confidence and motivation he gives me is enough. I can do the rest on my own. Trust me, he doesn’t even know what I’m doing next or what I did in Dorasaani. That said, we’re really close; more like best friends. After all, I grew up with him in boarding school in Puttaparthi. I have seen him more than my parents have. The best part about him is that he is still the same even after his massive stardom,” informed Anand.
