FIR registered on a woman for claiming BJP MP Ravi Kishan her husband
Bhojpuri actor Ravi Kishan, gained recognition in Tollywood for his role in Allu Arjun Race Gurram. Now the actor is making headlines as recent events have placed him under the social scanner due to claims made by Aparna Thakur from Lucknow, who asserts that she is Ravi Kishan’s wife, with a daughter named Shenova.
Aparna Thakur and Shenova held a press conference, presenting photographs as evidence of their marriage to Ravi Kishan in 1996 in Malad, Mumbai. They emphasized Aparna’s continued adherence to traditional symbols of marriage, such as applying Sindoor, and expressed their desire for social recognition.
Shenova, during the conference, disclosed her discovery of Ravi Kishan as her father at the age of 15, citing previous interactions where she referred to him as “Uncle.” She expressed disappointment over his absence in her life and appealed for his acceptance and acknowledgment through legal means.
In a viral video addressed to Yogi Adityanath, Shenova pleaded for time to present her truth with evidence, seeking justice through legal channels. Aparna clarified that their intention is for Ravi Kishan to publicly accept Shenova as his daughter and legally adopt her, ensuring her rights.
Contrary to Aparna’s claims, Ravi Kishan has been married to Priti Shukla since 1993, with whom he shares four children. His daughter, Riva Kishan, ventured into the film industry with her debut in “Sab Kushal Mangal” in 2020.
Amidst the controversy, an FIR was filed against six individuals, including Aparna Thakur, her husband Rajesh Soni, and others, following a complaint by Ravi Kishan’s wife, Preeti Shukla. The FIR accuses them of conspiracy, providing false evidence, extortion, criminal intimidation, and other offenses.
Preeti Shukla alleged that Aparna Thakur threatened her with connections to the underworld, demanding a ransom of Rs 20 crore. Additionally, she claimed that Aparna threatened to tarnish Ravi Kishan’s image with false rape allegations if her demands were not met. The complaint highlights Aparna’s press conference in Lucknow as a platform for disseminating false accusations.
The FIR implicates all named individuals in the alleged extortion and conspiracy, underscoring the seriousness of the situation.
