Kantara is a film that has created a sensation of sorts at the box office. In no time, the makers have announced part 2 and the shooting is also expected to start soon.
But the interesting aspect is that part 2 is not the sequel but the prequel to the film. Rishab himself revealed this in an interview yesterday and made fans happy. Kantara 2 will also show the villagers, guliga daivam.
Kantara was produced by Hombale Films and they have put more budget on this second part. There will be a lot of scenes related to Punjurli and the movie will be released in the latter half of 2024.
