It has been a year since the release of superhit Rx100. This intense love saga was released amidst low expectations with a relatively new cast and crew but after the release, it did wonders at the box office. The lead actors Karthikeya and Payal Rajput became overnight stars of Tollywood.
But the main man behind the film, director Ajay Bhupathi is yet to make a mark in the industry. Even after one year of Rx100’s release, he is yet to start his second project. It was reported that he is making a film called Mahasamudram which will be a triangular love story with two heroes and a heroine.
Many names like Ravi Teja, Naga Chaitanya, Karthikeya and Samantha have popped up but none of them has signed the film. Neither did Ajay spoke anything about this movie with the media. It’s sad to see a talented filmmaker failing to grab a big offer but let’s hope he starts his next project very soon.
