Veteran actress Sridevi’s death has left void in the film industry and sent shockwaves to the entire nation. Post her death; rumours were afloat about filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma helming a biopic on her, Boney Kapoor planning to direct a documentary on her. Over this prominent filmmaker Subhash Ghai, who worked with her in Karma said that, a documentary ought to be made and should also be mentioned in textbooks.
“It should be made. The documentary on the institutional body of work of an actor, a director or a producer is a must because the newer generations can learn from that. It must be very educational for the younger generation and I am very happy that it’s being made,” he said.
