Nandamuri Kalyan Ram’s big hit was Pataas back in 2015. Post-Pataas his career went into plummet with no major success. But his latest flick 118 broke the jinx and with the film running to a good opening, Kalyan Ram tasted success again after four years.“It’s been four years since the success of Pataas, and I’m quite glad that I finally got a successful break once again with 118,” Kalyan says.
“I am very grateful to the producer Dil Raju for his faith in Pataas. Once again, thanks to him, 118 received a good release in both the states. He watched the trailer and decided to buy its rights and release the film for us. I reckon that he did so because he believed in the content of the movie,” adds Kalyan.
