Actress Refuses to Enter Bigg Boss if Nagarjuna Is There

Sonia Akula participated in Season 8 but was evicted within four weeks. Despite her short stay, she gained attention for her outspoken nature.

After her exit from Bigg Boss, Sonia married her long-time boyfriend Yash and has been leading a happy married life. Besides acting, she now works with a tourism company and also manages an NGO. Her upcoming film Artist is set to release on March 21, and during a promotional interview, she shared her thoughts about Bigg Boss and Nagarjuna’s hosting.

Sonia criticized Nagarjuna’s hosting, accusing him of misrepresenting her statements. She alleged that he presented her negatively on the show. According to her, the host merely follows the script provided through an earpiece, without expressing his personal views. Sonia even suggested that Rana Daggubati would be a better host. She emphasized that she would never return to the show if Nagarjuna remains the host.

Sonia’s remarks have drawn mixed reactions. While some viewers supported her bold statements, others criticized her for blaming Nagarjuna instead of accepting responsibility for her actions in the house. Many believe that Bigg Boss is a dramatic reality show, and hosts often play a role in maintaining the entertainment factor.
