Ever since the drug scandal broke out, film stars have become easy targets for trolls. They are justified in asking questions, some come up with creative memes and some are plain mean. After the drug chats of the three actresses came out in public domain, the people have lost respect for Bollywood artistes basically because none of them have supported Sushant Singh Rajput’s family or even paid lip service to Disha Salian, who was a manager to many top actors. At a time when the Narcotics Control Bureau is investigating several Bollywood stars for alleged drug links, actor Abhishek Bachchan had a sarcastic retort for a troll asking him if he possesses a hash, on his verified Twitter account.
Commenting on a tweet by Abhishek Bachchan late on Wednesday, a Twitter user wrote: “Hash hai kya (do you have hash)?” To this, the actor tagged the official account of Mumbai Police and replied: “No! Sorry. Don’t do that. But will be very happy to help you and introduce you to @MumbaiPolice am sure they will be very happy to learn of your requirements and will assist you.” The Bachchan family is in for great flak at the moment for Big B and small B preferring to be silent, Aishwarya Rai’s indifference to her ex manager’s death and Jaya Bachchan’s support to Bollywood. The above line “Hash Hai Kya” is a sarcastic reference to Deepika’s query “Maal hai kya?”
