The legendary actress Sridevi’s death has left vacuum in the film industry and has moved everyone to tears. From Sridevi’s husband Boney Kapoor to her daughter Jhanvi to Priyanka Chopra have paid their tributes by penning a moving later on her. And now, a man identified Prakash, a sarangi-player, was caught on Mumbai local train paying tributes to Sridevi by playing music on his instrument Ravan Hatha. A video of him has since then gone viral and been shared on social media.
He played music on the songs from Chandini, Kuda Gawah and in the video shard he was seen playing Tere Mere Hothon Pe, Tu Ja Na Mere Badhshah and Tu Mujhe Kabool. Interestingly, the video was shared by Varun, who is a screenwriter and lyricist for film like Masaan, Udta Punjab, Newton. He saw Prakash playing on the Sarangi as he commuted on Borivali local train.
So last night in the crowded Borivali local, Prakash with his hand-made Sarangi started playing 'Tere mere honthon par'. Soon many of us in the bogey realised he's giving a medley-tribute to #Sridevi. Goosebumps followed. pic.twitter.com/qJr2HTgaWF
