A five-year-old boy, Vivan Sharma, travelled all alone from Delhi to Bengaluru as the domestic flights started their services from Monday. The child was received by his mother upon his arrival. “My 5-year-old son Vivan Sharma has travelled alone from Delhi, he has come back to Bengaluru after three months,” his mother said.
Vivan went to Delhi for a shot holiday to meet his grandparents but he wast stuck there for a period three moths due to nation-wide lockdown. The government gave nod to resume domestic flight services today, May 25 ,since late-March owing to nationwide lockdown. Karantaka’s COVID cases have srged past 2000 and in the wake of rising numbers the government has asked people coming from COVID hotspot states- Maharashtra, Gujarat, Delhi, Tamil Nadu, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh – to undergo a seven-day “institutional quarantine” which will be followed by home quarantine.
