2024 Tollywood flops: Disappointing films that didn’t deliver
In 2024, Tollywood had a great year with successful films like Pushpa 2, HanuMan, and Devara. These movies showed the increasing global reach of Telugu cinema. However, some films failed despite high expectations. Guntur Kaaram and Saindhav were big disappointments.
Guntur Kaaram

Guntur Kaaram was a highly anticipated action entertainer. It was released during the Sankranti season. Fans had high hopes because of Mahesh Babu’s collaboration with Trivikram Srinivas. The cast included Sreeleela and Ramya Krishna, which added to the excitement. The movie’s songs were chartbusters. Despite the hype, the film failed to impress at the box office due to weak storytelling and a lack of a strong conflict.

These movies were highly anticipated but failed to meet expectations. Despite the big names involved, they could not succeed at the box office.
