These many cars were used for Prabhas Saaho and you will be shell-shocked to the number. Nearly 120 cars were used for the high-octane action flick and the makers teased the audience with few glimpses in the teaser.
The action film involves many chasing sequences and that talk of the town is Abu Dhabi scene where the makers have also shelled out Rs 70 crore of the eight-minute sequence. For the Dubai episode, nearly 56 cars were used in chasing scene alone and also a special truck was built for this scene.

In another action scene, 18 cars were used. There are a few more scenes in the movie with 46 cars being used. Experts from Mumbai and Hollywood have worked on them. Big-ticket films for instance like Baahubali they have a massive canvas. For instance, Rajamouli had back then set up an arms factory for swords, knives, among other things. Made on a budget of Rs 150 crore, Saaho is gearing up for release in Tamil, Hindi and Telugu on August 15.
Earlier, director Sujeeth had opened up on how he roped in Prabhas. He said that the Rebel Star had faith in him. “I did not feel the pressure to direct a big star like Prabhas. He has faith in me and my work and that matters the most to me. Also, the producers and the team members showed confidence in me. But now that the film is gearing for release in few months, I can feel the pressure,” Sujeeth said.
Sujeeth also revealed that Saaho script was planned and done before Baahubali. He says, “I had the script of ‘Saaho’, which was ready before ‘Baahubali’. I narrated him the story and he loved it.”
