Review : Patel SIR

Jagapathi Babu has found his mojo back, thanks to Sai Korrapati who gave him Legend. Now, he has done yet another film with the same producer and it is called Patel SIR. Read on to see what the film has in store for you.
Synopsis:-
Jagapathi Babu is a retired major who starts taking revenge on Kabir Singh as he kills his son who in turn is played by JB himself. How does he do that and with whose help is the entire story of the film?
Performances:-
The film is watchable only because of Jagapathi Babu and his histrionics. If not for him the entire film would have been a waste of time. JB does well in both his roles and brings out very good emotions especially in the second half. Tanya Hope is good as the stylish cop but it is Kabir Singh who does the best in his negative role. He gives tough competition to JB and has impressed well.
Overall analysis and technical overview:-
The film is the remake of an old English film and has same subject and storyline. The makers did only one thing by making Jagapathi Babu’s role quite stylish and interesting. The first half has nothing going and is a huge bore. It is only during the second half that things take shape and give some entertainment. If not for JB this film is a huge bore fest and we ask to ignore it safely.
One line verdict:-
Only style no substance
